We only stayed here for one night but wish we had stayed longer!! The staff here are so incredibly welcoming and helpful, I’ve never felt like such a VIP. We received a little honeymoon welcome gift to our room which was very special. Our room was clean and the AC was on and strong before we even stepped into the room. The breakfast is fantastic, great options and diversity in foods. Great location, near most things in the old quarter but away from the crazy Beer street noise. The rooftop infinity pool was spectacular! Our bed was definitely firm but still quite comfortable and cozy. We loved our short and sweet stay here!

If I could give it 11/10 stars I would!! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi, it is exceptional in terms of walkability, location, facilities, and especially the staff. During our stay, Quin, Victor, and Finn were so kind and helpful in all different ways and we can tell that the hotel really puts so much emphasis on the customer experience!! Cannot recommend enough

Once again, the exemplary staff assisted quietly, efficiently and in a professional manner. They helped in every detail including raising a flag when a taxi took too long. Amazing stay! The hotel’s location was perfect—right in the heart of everything. But what truly set this place apart was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome and genuinely cared about making our stay great. They also helped us book some fantastic trips (to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay) and gave us great tips on what to see and do in Hanoi. The rooftop bar was a lovely bonus,a perfect for relaxing with a drink and soaking in the views. Can’t recommend this place enough! Love the place, will return.
