The property has a beautiful exterior. 5 min walk to the beach. If you are going to a wedding, conference or the college it is perfect location. The property is not within walking distance to restaurants or the town. The $40 resort is ridiculous as the amenties do not support the fee. I had two rooms so that was $80 for one night. No breakfast was included.

The Hotel is an older building, but it has much charm and the room does not show its age and was very clean. This was an unforgettable time for me and my granddaughter for a delightful getaway. We had so much fun. We enjoyed much time at the hotel and were also minutes away from Idlewild. The town is a wonderful all American town with a step back in time feel. Being an older hotel, the pool was very large. We spent much time swimming and playing at the pool. The breakfast host was amazing and the breakfast selections satisfying. We will be back next summer!

We’ve stayed at this property a number of times over the past 10 years. Each time we’ve stayed, the property seems like it’s less well maintained. It seems like they’re fixing the critical problems, but general maintenance is not happening. Chairs are in poor condition, and the overall feel is a degrading property. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Property was clean and staff was helpful and personable. Hotel is in a great location to the diamond in Ligonier - we were able to leave our car in the hotel parking lot through most of our stay and simply walk to the shops and restaurants nearby. Only issue was that the interior handle of the hotel's back door was hanging on by a single screw - one hard pull and someone would be able to enter the hotel without a key card, which is a security concern. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay for a good price.
