Terrible

First the rooms were not cleaned well at all . The linen was stained and old . Shower barely sprayed out water due to being clogged. Towel were hard and old . The breakfast was non existent . Coffee waffle and a banana . Lobby was a construction staging area . I have stayed here before . It has plummeted in quality .

The staff was very friendly and check in went smoothly. Now, for the not so good part. The shower had black mold, the electrical outlets did not work in the bathroom so I could not use the hair dryer. The outlets by the couch area did not work either. The property was ok a little outdated. Location was not bad Dollar General was right across the way which was good not far from restaurants if you have a car literally 7min drive. Tweet was a great help with directing me to restaurant called King Claw. But felt safe.

Staff was friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are outdated and shared. The window curtains do not cover the whole window, so the lights outside the window shine through the whole night into the room. Bathrooms had mold in the corner around the whole shower. The walls and window were so thin, you can hear everyone the whole night. Very noisy. Said “breakfast included”, breakfast was only cereal. Not even fruit or bread or anything. Very disappointing stay, definitely spend a little more money on a quality hotel if you want quiet, peace and good breakfast.

The staff check in process was seamless and pleasant. However, walking to room noticed carpets needed vacuuming badly. Upon entering the room it smelled like urine or dirty mop. There was mold on the shower walls and corners were dirty. Dirt under the sheets as if someone put their dirty foot under the covers and linens weren’t changed. Dingy white towels. Dirt in and on window jam like never cleaned. Thick dust on lamps. Will NOT stay again!
