Aile işletmesi şeklinde olan bu butik oteli çok beğendik. En önemli kriterimiz temizlikti ve gerçekten tertemizdi. Saçma sağan tipte insanlar olmadığından aile ile gidilebilecek bir yer olduğunu düşünüyoruz.Halk plajının arkasında kalıyor denize yakınlık olarak konumu çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı dahil olarak almıştık, fiyat-performans olarak baktığımızda o da yeterliydi. Tekrar Avşa’ya gelirsem ki gelmeyi düşünüyorum yine buraya gelirim

Restoranlarda da kaliteli ve konforlu bir hizmet ne yazık ki yok. Konfor çok kötü, yatak ne yazık ki rahat değil ve duş bi değişik :)
