The most unique experience we had would be with Manny. He was outstanding in his professionalism, attentiveness and readiness to assist us, he alone made the experience unmatched by any other hotel or resort we visit. My daughter saw your hotel on Sam and Colby and we just had to go stay in the ghost room. The hotel is really a thing of beauty, I really enjoyed the balconies off the mezzanine floor, I spent about 30-45 minutes out there this morning. It is a great place to do that. we will come back for sure, I would like to stay in one of the suites.
