Hotel was clean, modern and better than pictured. We arrived and had orange juice, water and chocolate croissant as a welcome in our room at no extra charge.
The hotel manager Irina was so helpful. She shared tips on places to visit on the island, restaurants, helped us get an international drivers license in order to rent a quad. Arranged the quad rental for us, the rental company dropped off the quad at the hotel and picked it up. Also arranged an airport transfer upon our departure. She was available & so helpful during our entire stay. Even had a farewell gift for us before our departure.
We booked the split level deluxe suite. It had a private jacuzzi that was only accessible thru the bedroom. We were very comfortable.
The hotel is located walking distance to the bus terminal & downtown Fira. We arrived by plane, took the bus into town & walked to the hotel. All for this for less than 2 euros. However, we were very happy to have rented a quad during the duration of the visit. We were able to visit the different towns, beaches and places of interest without having to depend on the bus schedule or walking in the heat.
