A disappoint experience
Although I’d like to thank Francisco, the supervisor and Irish Perez, the housekeeping , I’m disappointed.
I’m a frequent customer of Marriott hotel, I payed 300 euro each night and there is not room service , breakfast is not included , is far from the sea and the swimming pool is a very small place.
I have got a room immediately close to the elevator and it was very noise .
I booked the hotel just for the week end because I planned a cruise .
The first day, when I have arrived, I just asked an information, which services are included in the resort fee. The lady had the “great “ idea to switch to the Spanish language to ask how explain me it…
Don’t you know to switch to an other language is misunderstanding ?
From the hotel uber it’s very easy to find .
