Excellent and spacious room with a king bed, and a twin bed in the den entrance. The bathroom is beautiful with a large spa tub. The elevator is tiny and very old, but that’s really the only negative. Loved the complimentary prosecco waiting in the room.

The hotel is just a few steps from Plaza de España

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Moreover, you can stay there easily without meeting anyone. Belen at the hotel was a very kind and helpful person. She explained the hotel in detail in advance via What's Up. Thank you very much. I was worried at first, but the system was simple and I was able to stay comfortably. The hotel staff was very kind, so I could call the hotel directly if I had any questions during my stay.

Great little hotel with self check-in!

Located just a stone throw away from the Spanish steps, so very central. The hotel itself is self-check-in, which could be confusing for some. However every inside is fresh and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing spacious room with separate close off possibility of twin bed area. Very modern, with use of a common kitchen area, this place is in the midst of the Spanish Steps area and Via Condotti shopping street. You couldn’t get a better location! All sights are nearby. Property manager was helpful via WhatsApp. The property is well located but you’re in a busy area and it’s very loud at night, difficult to have slept. Air conditioning not efficient for summer heat but the rooms are big and modern.

But our air conditioning was super weak and it was very warm in our room, we had ants in the bathroom, the refrigerator radiated heat and when I asked to have it turned off and our air fixed nothing was done. The room we stayed in wasn’t bad at all. But unfortunately we had problems with the AC unit and there was a horrendous smell coming from the bathroom. The shower is extremely tiny, almost impossible to be in. I will say that the staff is accommodating on answering WhatsApp quite promptly. Although it did seem that they were annoyed that I would be asking questions.
