Stephen, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Lovely place, however we stayed there in the heatwave & the fan provided sadly didn’t help. The room was very hot think having the kitchen extra fan sadly outside the window didn’t help, just like sleeping in a sauna there was hardly any breeze coming through the window .I appreciate the staff could do nothing about the very hot weather. It was cool in the bar & beautiful garden

If you're looking for 5 star sterile environment this is not for you. When booking on line your'e never sure what you will walk into.As soon as we set foot through the door we knew we had made the right decision. New Forest Inn steeps in atmosphere, 18th century beautiful country pub in the heart of the New Forest, even the ponies were there outside to welcome us. The staff were amazing as was the food. Bedroom a little quirky...we loved it, extremely clean throughout. We will certainly be back, hopefully autumn to this most wonderful establishment!

Beautiful Place. Horses clip clopping by. Wonderful food and comfortable room
Kathryn, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

An 18th Century pub, loads of character and staff were very friendly. Parking is a problem at the pub, however there is parking on the road which is well utilised. Breakfast was included, plenty of choice and a huge full English if you are doing a long walk! We stayed in the superior room which looked like it was newly refurbished and spacious.
Margaret, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Had a great, restful, couple of days at the New Forest Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great side of traditional character. The food and drinks are great and they have a good range of vegetarian and gluten free options on the menu. The deserts are a definite highlight! The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will be back in the future.
Alexander, 2-night trip
