Would not stay again
I was traveling solo and needed to stop for the night. When I checked in the desk attendant was less than friendly, but did give me a ground room. When I entered the room, there was a unpleasant smell to it. I used a room concentrate which made the room smell better. The bed was comfortable in the morning. I went to take a shower, and there was a cockroach on the shower curtain. I went ahead and took a shower and the towels were soft, fluffy and absorbing. I found a couple more roaches throughout the room. I mentioned to the morning attendant about the roaches and the smell. She was very argumentative and loud. I said I was just telling her so that she would know. Very disappointed with my experience.

Overall, a very good hotel.
The facility was clean though a little worn and dated. The bed was comfortable with ample pillows so we rested well. Breakfast was ok with a variety of sweet rolls, yogurts and microwave biscuits. The coffee could have been better and milk or juices would have been nice. We didn't use the swimming pool but noticed it was very clean. Parking is ample. There were at least two ice machines and both worked! If you travel often you know that is unusual. It's a two story facility with vending machines on both levels which is convenient. There are several fast food restaurants within walking distance and nice restaurants in close proximity. Overall I'd say this Days Inn is very good. We've stayed here before and expect to stay here again.

I ran into car problems on the interstate, thus prompting me to stay at this location. The evening front desk clerk on Aug 30th was helpful, but the morning clerk on the 31st helped me tremendously. I didnt get her name, but she went above and beyond.

Absolutely disgusting. The carpet in the room looked like multiple homocides happened on it, mold and rust in the shower and shower head, nasty musty odor, lumpy uncomfortable mattress. Keep driving if you are thinking of staying here. I almost slept in my truck.

I'd try somewhere else
The free breakfast was an absolute joke. Good thing there was a McDonald's right out front. The pool "hadn't been approved by the health inspector yet." Which is kind of cop out I felt like. The shower sprayed water all over and left the bathroom all wet. Would not stay here again. We specifically chose the hotel because it was the only one in metter with a pool. So super disappointed the pool wasn't available. Listings need to be more specific on indoor or outdoors pools and if they're seasonal and when they open!
