Accommodating to a 2 day trip. Pleasant from desk experience, the room was comfy and clean. Low to none noise level, great location across from the mall and near several food choices and right off the interstate. I frequent Baton Rouge very often and this was the first time the pricing was good for me to stay

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was very good, options changed each morning, close to mall, nice walking area, safe neighborhood, dog friendly if on longer stay, other wise 75 for one night is high, but for 4 nights it is fair. I had one little complaint and it was that they were doing roof repairs, i bowled in tournament and got done with my shift at 3am, to hotel at 4am, needed to sleep until 1130, but roofers made alot of noise. That was circumstantial and not reflective of hotel usual condition

My room was outdated. Tv looked like the 1st flat-screens that came. Bathroom was super small, has to stand in corner by commode to close door. When I sat on pull-out couch, I thought I was going to the floor. The only thing good about this experience was the breakfast....awesome. But unfortunately, if i ever have to stay in Baton Rouge it will mot be at this hotel.

Loved the location! Check in was smooth and easy and i was even helped over the phone before arriving because we were coming in late and wanted to have somewhere to go once we arrived instead of waiting until check in. Breakfast was ok.

Our stay was good. The property is under renovation so there were some minor issues but nothing that would keep us from coming back. The breakfast was excellent. Customer service was excellent.

The staff here are pretty awesome, and go above an beyond.. The hotel is challenging (I had to change rooms 3 times because of malfunctioning toilets and AC units.. And this is where the great front staff made nothing a problem.. The hotel is in transition of being renovated I believe, there are a lot of issues they need to sort out and help make the great staff's job a little less stressful :)

In town to watch baseball, hotel room was nice. Front desk ladies acted like they didn’t want to be there. Service was lacking. Bar was small and never open. Breakfast was mid. Frozen food heated up in microwave. I like to stay at Hyatt place and this location is definitely under par.
