The first day the pool was open, the next it was closed and it wasn’t just closed that day it was gonna be closed for a week we made sure it would be open before booking very disappointed in that and the pillows are to small and not comfortable and tv didn’t have anything good like Netflix

I didn’t stay. Never even went to the room. The lobby looked “shady” and when drove around to locate my room it made me feel very unsafe. So I immediately told the guy I wasn’t going g to stay there.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in…so dirty and nasty inside and out…fire alarm just hanging by wires….upholstered furniture so nasty dirty and sticky…floors were filthy…desk clerk didn’t give a crap about anything…punks hanging around cars…safety of guests not a concern…tv remotes did not work and front desk basically Sid too bead so sad…don’t walk away from this, Baymont, or Wyndham…RUN AWAY!

Clogged drains. Room smelled overwhelmingly of smoke. Holes in ceiling. Cockroach. Common area outside room smelled of pot. No one at front desk to greet me upon arrival. Heard other people staying there complaining of no cleaning and no clean towels. Would never stay here again. Seems they charged my credit card after I had already paid through Hotels.com and will be fighting that. Hopefully it drops off from pending to “never happened,” but we’ll see. Do not recommend.

Room was clean. Loved the plank flooring instead of carpet. Staff was friendly & helpful. Only 3 pillows on king size bed & one of the three was so flat I folded it four times to make it thick enough to sleep on. We did not feel safe. Our room smoke detector battery cover was missing & there were no batteries. Breakfast was a joke, but coffee was good. LOUD party in parking lot until at least midnight. A simple call to police by staff would have easily stop that problem.

When we arrived the property was sketchy and when I went to the front desk it was in poor condition. Went to the room and the door was opened and it looked as if someone had been sleeping in the bed. I didn’t feel safe and I was traveling with 3 other ladies. I would never stay here. I asked for a full refund because it was that bad.

The experience I had at your hotel was terrible. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The hairdryer did not work. There was hair in the tub and around the sink. The door did not lock. The wind was blowing and opening the door back-and-forth. I had to prop up a chair against it just so the door will not open. I will never ever ever stay at your hotel ever again, and I will not recommend it. The room was disgusting.

We stayed one night. Arrived late and the bed sheets were not clean. There were dirty towels in the restroom. If I wasn’t tired, I would not have stayed. The parking lot was full. I had my own disinfectant wipes so I had to clean the walls and toilet before we used the facilities.

They canceled my reservation and gave it to someone else never answered the phone before the cancelation and i called and called no one ever answered o ly to tell us when we got their we didn't have a room. There is a TV with no cable it’s true just an oversized paperweight because it’s not even a smart tv so why is it in the room? The toilet not only old but filthy, covered in rust and feces. I wouldn’t recommend sitting on that thing unless you are up to date on all your shots. The tub/shower was dirty it look like you would come out cleaner not using it. The floor looks as though you are leaving a bad at 3 am it’s dirty stained and sticky. The mattress looks as though they just made the bed when the previous guest left forgetting to change the linen. There was some other peoples hair on the pillow and under the blanket. We will ignore the bugs crawling on the bed. I checked out within the hour as soon as I located a much nicer hotel. I can’t even begin to express how just utterly disgusted I was. I have stayed in some real slums throughout my life but I have never just felt intentionally offended by the conditions of a stay. There aren’t enough characters in the world to sum up how embarrassed I would be as an owner of this establishment.
