Flexible receptionist services.I reserved 2 Queen bed a 37sq/ft size of the room non.smoking so we can relax from 7 hours drive. But the room they gave us 2 double bed, dumped and smelly with cigarette smoke, so I asked the receptionist to pls. move us into what we reserved, unfortunately there is no more 2 queen beds room available so he moved us into the king and sofa bed room. We are grateful for transferring us on the 7th floor it is cleaner and smell better.

I felt the staff and service were excellent. I did however report that the hot tub was scolding hot and if they had actually checked they would have seen that you could not stay in it for more than a minute. Many people went to it and stated the same issue.

We booked a king room, but the room smelt funny when we checked in, we left to our event and came back in the middle of the night and the room smelt even worse like cat pee. The staff were amazing and moved us to a room with 2 double beds. The second room had some stains on the carpet and on the walls but was comfortable. The staff were great about accommodating the change.
