Disappointed for a well known hotel
When I used the bathtub on the first day night. I found a lot of black objects and informed the reception to arrange for check a clean up when I leave hotel on next day morning. When I back hotel at night and use the bathtub again, I found no one to check and clean, it looked like rust. When I checked out on 3rd day and told the reception, they just said sorry, sorry. And I believe they simply ignore the problem and will not take any action to solve the problem, it is very disappointed for me

Don’t recommend. So surprise to me due to have some issue during my stay. 1st no make up room when I come back even though I already request, the time almost 5:30pm. Next is no new sleeping shoes for me to change, 3rd no body wash. Highly recommend the group doing the improvement ASAP
