A few notes to improve
The path walking to the old town needs some serious lightning at night. I understand it's not part of the property but the hotel should work with the city to put some lighting at night. It can get very sketchy coming back at night.
If I'm ordering food in the outside area, don't make the customer go inside to pay, I'm paying a premium for this service. It's called dine in for a reason.
The jacuzzi wasn't warm
Everything else was great, breakfast was amazing, the pool and the room was spacious.

"A tremendous place stay just on outskirts of town centre and 200 metres from the sea/ harbour. Lovely room with two balconies. Very helpful staff with great local knowledge; Jakop recommended three fantastic restaurants. But the best aspect was the superb breakfasts, just amazing with lovely home cooked cakes etc. Best we have experienced anywhere in Europe . Very good value for money."
"The place is falling apart. Do not leave a security deposit as they will try to scam by saying you made some holes in the table with a drill. Like people who travel carry drills with them. Never going back to this place ever. "
