"Excellent hotel, enough space in the parking, restaurant nearby, you can also rent some bikes. Breakfast was very good, but unfortunately it wasn’t possible to have it on the terrace at 7:30.

"Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred..
Then I asked at reception to order a taxi going to Kos town and agreed on a price but when I met the taxi driver the next day he said I had to pay 5 € reservation fees on top of the agreed price. The receptionist did not say anything about this.
Nevertheless, I had a lovely time. Thanks for the hospitality!"
"The hotel is truly boutique, very well kept. Rooms clean and up to date. Nice furniture, great mattress. It’s hot in Greece now but we have no problem with air conditioning, which is not that often in Europe. The service is top notch. Reception friendly and very fast service, housekeeping (twice a day room cleaning), beach service amazing. You step on the beach they prepare chase lounge and umbrella for you in a min. The chase lounges probably a foot thick mattress, very comfortable, now problem to spend the whole day there. Complementary water (bottled water) in the bucket with ice.
Food very good and you can order to the beach.
Great Laguna so the water in the sea very calm.
Great place, great service, amazing experience."
"Special thanks to Afroditi and all the reception team at Mitsis Ramira in Kos. I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favourite out of all the Mitsis Hotels that we have had the pleasure of staying at.
The 14 nights we stayed were fantastic the staff are all so happy and friendly and the service is excellent we were made to feel special the whole 2 weeks.
Food was superb so much choice in the main restaurant and in the Italian a la carte the food was amazing ate there for dinner and Brunch which doesn’t cost any extra it’s all included.
The bar staff day and night work so hard they work long hours but are always smiling and service was excellent never had to wait long to be served.
They serve Branded as well as local spirits. Gordon’s G & T and the Prosecco was lovely not forgetting the Cocktails.
Evening entertainment was fantastic from Meds Entertainment as always, Jersey Boys,Golden Tones ( Drifters) Supremes all of them was so enjoyable to watch the guests loved them just what you expect from a 5 star hotel it really makes your holiday. You have to get there early to be able to get a table & chairs as they get full quickly.
Beach lovely, great beach bar and Ice cream patisserie.
The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and so are the immaculate gardens.
My room maid Marianna what a lovely person she is so hardworking and a delight to have a chat with kept my room very clean.
I can’t wait to return again in October to see all my friends again they are like one big family.
