"The hotel and rooms are dated but all.areas were clean. Spa area was lovely, very relaxing but again, dated and loose tiles on bottom of pools, jacuzzis not all.working. Charged €18 at spa reception, even though hotel receptionist said would be free entry, I challenged this and was told I had to pay. Food was excellent but need more staff to take drinks orders etc. All in all good hotel but very dated."

"Had a wonderful stay at La Casa de los Naranjos. The owner, Jose was very welcoming. Showed us some local places to visit in the north of the island. We had a room upstairs that had access to a roof terrace, (room 6) where we enjoyed some drinks before heading out for dinner. Great shower and comfy bed with air con. Lovely, characterful hotel, which is home to Lanzarote’s oldest library! We stayed on a Sunday night and although Haría is small, still managed to find a great local restaurant and...

"Everything! The room was spacious and the hot tub was excellent. The only thing that wasn’t great was the access to water. You are given “complimentary” cartons of water but it was All inclusive anyway.
The staff were fantastic, big shout out to Antonia who was the co-ordinator of fun. Some of the younger bar people and waiter/waitresses do need a bit of training, but it was all-in-all an absolutely fantastic break!"

"Good holiday, nice and relaxing. Hotel in the perfect location. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Food and drink as expected in the All Inclusive structure. Overall, I would consider returning to this hotel again because of the location. "

"We stayed in room 220 on 1st floor. About 15 steps to room. (In 3 sections). No lifts. I have walking difficulties but steps we ok. Room clean & basic. Large corner balcony overlooking the sea. Air con in lounge.
On arrival Maria had left key's & instructions for us, easy! Pool area nice, clean & peaceful.
Other than breakfast option which we didn't use. There is no food or drink service on site. But supermarket outside was very good for supplies. For someone with walking issue...

"The Staff were very friendly and helpful ..the area and pools were very nice if a little cold in february and especially the 50m pool which was warmer.
Other beaches and restaurants were some walk away from hotel so we upgraded to all inclusive which i recommend especially as i have to follow a gluten free diet and restaurants and bars all had a gluten free corner."

"I visited Casa de las Flores in Lanzarote with my girlfriend and was surprised by an incredible experience. The hotel is located in the beautiful town of Teguise, probably the cutest place to stay in on the whole islan, full of charming shops and restaurants, and conveniently placed to explore everything.

"Staff were all so lovely. Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious. Very close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. Never used the pool as could never get a sunlounger, but this didn’t take away from us having a lovely stay. "

"A beautifully and centrally located B&B with an amazing view. Åsa and Johnny are just the perfect couple making you feel at home. They provide you with a freshly homemade breakfast every morning and valuable Island tips any moment. We just had the best time and would go back anytime."

"Good location, next to the city center. Clean basic room with comfortable bed. Not sound proof so you can hear your neighboors. Weak Wifi. Very nice sunny terrace on the last floor. Would recommend for a short stay."

"We had a great stay at Lancelot Hotel. Perfectly located just across from the beach. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They let us check in early as our room was ready when we arrived a couple hours before check-in time. Nice building with spacious and clean room and bathroom. The room was quiet (we stayed from Sunday-Tuesday). Nice terrace with a small pool, gym and bar. Breakfast was OK. "

Aparthotel ILUNION Costa Sal Lanzarote
10/10 Excellent
"Not the best of locations in Lanzarote, and with limited parking just outside the hotel, nevertheless everything else about Aparthotel I union was excellent - the room, the meals, the grounds, and the friendliness of the staff. We would definitely stay here again."
"Room cleaned to a good standard and towels changed every day…. Pool area good music not too loud plenty of sun beds and great pool entertainment location and sea views are the best"
"Todo en el hotel ha sido maravilloso, hemos tenido una experiencia muy buena. Nos ha encantado sobretodo el recibimiento y atendimiento del staff y las espectaculares vistas."
"We booked this hotel last minute as the one we originally booked was awful and we couldn't get away fast enough!
From the moment we arrived here we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were so helpful. The reception , pools areas, and bars were all really nice, however the corridors and lifts in our block looked as if they had missed the refurb! We had a junior suite and the bed in our our room as so comfortable I wish we could have taken it home. We had a sea view but could also see the power station from our balcony, this didn't really bother us too much however. Food was good for AI, good quality and always plenty of options. There was also a great selection of drinks, including branded spirits and we loved how the snacks at the pool bars were all individually packaged and stored in cabinets, not simply left on the side. We would definitely return to this hotel but probably choose a deluxe room on the quieter side of the hotel."
