"The bath tub is exposed, no shower curtain. As a result of the exposure, when you take a shower, there’s water all over bathroom floor even leading to the living space. Not a good condition "

The customer service has been terrible and I am shocked that a hotel partnered with Expedia could not see when a reservation is paid."
