Unfriendly Staff at desk was not informative about offers and hotel services. Never asked for car id for parking, so assuming no security. Tv devices didn’t work, mud and rock was tracked from entryway rugs into hotel room. Our room had strange set up, sink and counter in the room separate from the room with toilet and shower.

"Family trip to hot springs. We were able to play in the hot springs upon check in, after dinner and again the next morning. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The improvements to the facility is well done. We will be back. So relaxing to enjoy the pools and stay on property. "
