"I would give this place, and the staff more stars if I could. From the time we walked in last night, about 8PM your front desk went far above any service we have has in all our years with Hotels.com. Then this morning the morning desk was just as great. Only complaint, with such large well appointed rooms why such a small TV? But that’s just nitpicking. Loved our stay "

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well kept. There was a lot of light outside, so it was hard to get the room dark enough for good sleep, but it was also a comfort for security. We recommend a room further from the highway. Lots of traffic noise through the night, but overall, we were happy with our stay."

"The first night we stayed there firearms are going off and we were told to evacuate the building packed all of our stuff up went into the hall and then we’re told never mind. Go back to bed at 1 AM second night. We returned to the hotel it was pouring down rain outside, and our cars would not let us in the door that they told us to use. We knocked on the door and the night shift host walk to the door and pointed to walk around front. We walked around front to find out why our keys weren’t...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at the Hotel Gettysburg! Check-in was easy, as we were able to park in front of the hotel to unload; parking was self-service in a public garage behind the hotel. The hotel itself is lovely with a beautiful lobby, and hallways with historical displays. Our room was nice...very comfy, spacious, and clean. As was the bathroom. A nice place to stay while visiting this historic town.
Located in the center of downtown Gettysburg, there are numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. "
