"Second time around. Arrived in the early hours of the morning. Room airconditioning turned on in advanced as requested and given a wonderful city view. Quick to respond to requests even the room services attendant with toiletries. Pool was amazing and great to be able to relax with the sauna. Would have appreciated a bigger gym space but it wasn’t that much of an issue. Staff like the last time was very hospitable."

"A wonderful stay following a week of diving in slightly more reduced accommodation. From the moment we arrived we were brilliantly looked after with afternoon tea then taken up to our gorgeous room. A slight miscommunication was quickly resolved when we discovered the mattress I'd requested for our 6'5 18 year old son had been misinterpeted as a child's cot but that was whisked away and we were left to enjoy both the lovely pool and then brilliant happy hour at the Long Bar. "Highly recommended hotel. Look no further… book this hotel if you want a wonderful stay in BGC. The location is superb… a 3 mins walk to High Street. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing, many variety. Nice pool& hot tub too. The room is very spacious , we stayed in one bedroom suite. The only suggestion I would make is to do some upkeep of the carpet by the elevator on the 15th floor. It was coming off and I tripped on it. The room smelled musty at times...
