"The room (standard) was quite spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Location was good too; right below the Citadel and about a 10-minute walk to the waterfront. The walk to the waterfront is down (and then back up) a pretty steep hill so folks with mobility challenges may find it difficult. Fortunately, you can take an alternate route walking a bit south and then east to the water. "
"We arrived rather late and were in a rush to get checked in before the kitchen closed. Harris the porter was very kind and helpful. It had been a bit of a stressful day, having gotten a flat tire route. I was at the end of my rope. When I parked the car and came to our room, I flopped on the bed and had apparently not secured the top fully on a bottle of coke which leaked out all over my bed. Staff was there virtually immediately to change everything including the mattress pad. I even think the kitchen stayed open a little later for us. Very kind and helpful after a stressful afternoon."
