"We loved staying here while in Innsbruck. Staff welcoming & helpful. (Communicate fluently in German or English) Our room was spacious & clean. We overlooked a busy street but with the windows closed noises were blocked. (Usually AC is not a concern for us but it was warmer than average in September so we actually used it at night) Great location! Around the corner to a street leading to old town and around the opposite corner to catch two local buses (at Maria-Theresien Str stop) we wanted to utilize. Breakfast was included with our rate and offered many coffee drinks, tea, fresh fruits, breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs & more. The breakfast staff also excellent. "

"The view from the rooms here is truly amazing and a reason to stay on their own. However the service is also friendly and efficient and another great reason to stay. It’s an easy walk to most of the main attractions and you’re also near to the train station. "

"Clean and comfortable hotel convenient to the bus and railway stations. A short walk to the centre, lots of places to eat and drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely bar/breakfast room with views over Innsbruck. Breakfast quite expensive but convenient. Beds were very comfortable."
