"We recently stayed at this hotel in Giresun. Overall, it was an acceptable experience given the city, but there are several things that need serious improvement. First, the shower was clogged, which made using it very uncomfortable. At breakfast, we were told there was no coffee, even though there clearly was some available. We suspect this was simply due to a lazy or inattentive staff member at the breakfast service, which felt a bit disrespectful to guests. The biggest issue, however, was...

"This place is just a scam. We booked our place through Expedia, and when we arrived at the hotel around 7:30 pm on our check-in day, we saw that the hotel was actually a construction zone. There were no hotel workers, nobody at all. By the way, this is a very remote location. There was no cellular coverage around. We were lucky that our car had its own GPS, and we were able to find our way back to one of the main roads. Expedia refunded us, but I hope they remove this place from their listing. "
