"I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was so pleasant- they helped us with travel options for Death Valley and were extremely gracious. It feels like a welcoming, family owned property. It's sooooo quiet- I thought that being close to the road it would be loud, but it's tucked away far enough that you don't hear anything; it's so peaceful! The bed was firm but very comfy. The on-site pizza was pretty good and well-priced- definitely hit the spot after a long road trip. The only thing that was a bit underwhelming were the towels- very thin and not at all fluffy. Also, the TV only had cable, which me and my boyfriend thought was a fun throwback to the days of no streaming services lol it was actually really nice. Overall, if I'm in the area or headed to the Death Valley, I'd absolutely stay here again. Very surprised by how comfortable it was. "
"I only stay at this Best Western when I’m in the Summerlin area. Conveniently located and very safe. Staff are all very friendly and very accommodating when I need assistance. I will be back. "
"This stay was last minute, but customer service was amazing. From the outside look kind of scary, but as soon as I got to the room, the room is comfortable spacious and was perfect for our stay. A few things that probably need looked at like W-2 40 on the doors and the volume didn’t work on the TV the was minor. Not a big deal to me. "
