"This is a unique property. The full kitchen is available for travelers to use to cook their dinner. If we had known, we would have brought some food to cook. Rooms were nice but there is a flight of stairs for all rooms. Keep that in mind. Nice laundry facilities which we made use of. Nice common sitting areas where we chatted with other travelers. It really is in the middle of nowhere but definitely a place to consider staying at. The man at check it was very helpful. "

"New guesthouse very comfortable in this small village. Only problem is that booking with hotels.com, I was not provided with the entry code, the room numbers, the room codes and not even a correct phone number… arriving late in the rain with tired kids was not pleasant. "Charming, cozy, and clean cabin with a relaxing deck and very kind host. It was amazing listening to the birds at 12:30am while soaking in the hot spring fed outdoor spa watching the colorful midnight sunset, priceless! This highlight was only topped by whale watching from the porch. The cabins are set back slightly from the fjord and the views are stunning! It's an easy 1 minute walk to the waters edge, and an easy drive to Dalvik too. So thankful we found these cabins; all surrounded by wildflowers, whales, nature, and beautiful Iceland. "
