"The staff was wonderful but there are a few things to know about the hotel that I wish I knew. The shower is not separated, it's a curtain and the bathroom floor. It's very easy to make a mess since it's not enclosed. Also, if the hotel has the heat on you cannot turn it off, you can lower it and open the windows but you can't turn it off if you like to sleep with it cold. Lastly, the beds, even if it says queen or king on the reservation are just two beds pushed together. If you're someone that...
