"Didn't experience the spa but it looked like an amazing amenity. Restaurant was excellent; great food, good atmosphere, lovely waterfront view. I know the rooms are gradually being updated but what really needs an overhaul is the hallways, which are very dark (black walls, black ceiling). I had a billing issue in which I was accidentally billed an astronomical amount for "upgrading" from 2 Double beds to 1 King, but when I called the management they were more than happy to resolve the issue...

"The property was in extreme disrepair. There wasn't any other person at the facility. Our only contact was by phone with a person 1 hour away and we couldn't understand him. We were too nervous to leave our car there overnight and drove home arriving at 3:30 in the morning. Not an easy task for seniors. This property should not be on Expedia!! "
