Room was newly refurbished (although quite cheaply), and thought had gone into details, e.g. good lighting and sufficient plug sockets with USB. Beds were comfortable enough although quite creaky. Bathroom was quite spacious although the wall between the bathroom and bedroom didn't go all the way to the ceiling, which was a bit odd. Didn't try breakfast."

Just 5 mins from ferry terminal
Only slight issue was leaky shower screen and windows not very soundproof despite being double glazed.

"Stayed for 2 nights Hotel gave us an upgrade due to the poor service from Expedia themselves who told lies. Jade the reception manager was very helpful dealing with this situation. Hotel was lovely the room and see view was second to none. Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of food. "

"I loved it. The view from my room was amazing, I didn't tire of it. The room was incredibly spacious, the bathroom too: I loved having the Nespresso machine. Blinds provided a great blackout so I slept well. Very close to bus stops and high street shops if needed. Will definitely return."

"Excellent location for the ferry and local bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The atrium balconies were a surprise as that is exactly what they are, looking into a covered atrium so no actual outside windows. Breakfast was a buffet, well stocked and plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly, giving good advice on where to visit and eat."
