"Warm welcome. Amazing setting with a river at their door step. Falling asleep to the sound of that river was magical. Fantastic conversations with both Peter and Steve. Great guys with amazing stories and great travel tips for my future camping spots in the Kimberley region. Yummy eggs on toast for breakfast and even better, a pea & ham soup that Peter gifted me for my journey. Peter that soup was a party in my mouth, so so delicious. I can't thank you enough. I will definitely be back. "

"This place is a gem! Perhaps our favorite of 6 places along the Queensland coast. Super-quiet, very modern, like a cabin in the woods, on the beach! Steps from a gorgeous long stretch of beach (no one on it in late July), nice plunge pool, good amenities, although not a full kitchen. (Who knew you could microwave salmon?) There is a cart for luggage, 2 minutes’ walk to the property. So private yet 5 minutes from restaurants. We will be thinking of it months from now. "

"Location to the beach is great and nice food and bar. Cabin was dirty. Microwave has split milk in in very smelly. Bessie f not dow for the bunk beds . Bathroom not clean in the cabin. Vents dull of dust and black mould. Rangehood not been cleaned on ages thick grease in it "

"Uninterrupted beach view. Beautiful spot. Great bistro with friendly staff. Great pool. Only real issue is second bedroom has no fan and has to be cooled by A/C in living area so doesn’t get real cool. Would be hot in summer. Also travelling with family and second bed wasn’t made up on arrival, it had been assumed that because the booking was for 2 we were a couple, we had to ask for linen and make it ourselves. "

"This was the most amazing B&B way above our expectations! The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, the continental breakfast was super, I’m gluten intolerant and I was more than happy with my selection! Our host Mike was so friendly and very informative about what to do in Mission Beach and also recommendations for places to eat were so helpful !!! "Room was satisfactory, however, bed was very ordinary. The outside stairs were somewhat off putting and felt uncomfortable in the drizzly rain. The location was good for the meal at the pub across the road but was extremely noisey."

"The staff were friendly and really made the trip. Everywhere was clean and the gardens beautiful. My only issue was the food, looked pretty but I didn't think it compared to the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was good but not such a fan of the dinner menu."

"Mission Beach Resort is a fantastic place to stay. The accomodation is excellent, in spotless condition and serviced daily, very spacious. the Resort has excellent amenities, 4 swimming pools, a gymnasium, a restaurant which serves excellent meals at a good price; it is located in a great location and a very quiet area. The staff are very friendly and helpful; you won't get much better than this Resort. There is a Woolworths and a servo right next door."
