"It was a great stay. A place in Slovenian country surrounded by green hills near a small river. Just magical. A half an hour distance from Celje, near Zretse on where you can find supermarket if you need. A car is needed to reach it. Breakfast worth its cost, served individually per room. Our room (3 people) was not so spacious but that was not a problem for us, as we only sleep was our need. Room, public spaces and restaurant were very clean. "Property was clean & tidy. Very spacious but basic rooms. Fridge, but no kettle or tea/coffee tray in the room. Great location to explore Slovenia. Housekeeping was abit much, stayed for 3 nights so didn't really expect our room to be made up each day. Lovely gesture, however there no real need to enter our room on a daily basis (made us feel a little uncomfortable) personally I feel the tags on the door should be used to give an option to ask for housekeeping or do not disturb. "Hotel Evropa is right in the center of Celje, not easy to locate as there were some road construction. Limited parking spots available, which are charged €5, with no reservation policy (so if you pay and get out you might not find the spot back... not a great policy here!). Room small but comfortable, with street view. TV working with 2-3 channels only. Very small desk for work. Breakfast room needs some better lighting.
