"I would like to give a favorable mention to Mrs. Roni shah from the reception desk for her kind, personal and professional attitude throughout the stay at the hotel"
"This place was truly an oasis in the middle of a busy area of Kathmandu. It was clear that the manager and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and fed. Everything in the room worked (shower, plugs, ac, supplies, etc) which is not always true for some spots in the city. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Ps. The place has no elevator so yiu nay have to go up and down the stairs which wasn't a problem for me."
