"The staff was so courteous! William the bartender was amazing! The wedding we attended at San Simon was so beautiful! The food…I can’t say enough good things. We didnt have anything that wasn’t cooked to perfection! We stayed for 7 days and would definitely return! Everything was very clean and well kept! The pool by our room was being repaired, and that was disappointing, but it was nearly finished when we left. We still had the beautiful beach and the pool was always perfect. Bonus..Demera? The barista; had our coffee done to perfection by the time she spotted us and we walked up, she always remembered what we liked. Even the security guard Mark and Greg were always so courteous and we felt completely safe at all times. "
