"Not only is this an absolutely beautiful location, but the staff is the nicest, most friendly staff every time we visit. The layout of the campus also allows for way more privacy by the rooms and suites versus other "resorts" or hotels I have stayed at. The bugalows feel more like a home than a resort room, as they are separated from the noisy and busy areas."

"We needed to make arrangements to enter and panicked when we found it difficult to make connect but eventually was successful after the threat of cancellation. The place was nice and spacious and we parked in front of the home in a quiet neighborhood. I wished that we would have reserved this home at the end of our cruise rather than downtown San Juan where there is very little parking unless you are driving a two-wheeled bicycle. "
