The hotel manager was available (on WhatsApp), to ensure our journey from Rome (FCO) Airport to the hotel was safe and easy.

Location is great, room is clean but check in process is horrible. You have to check in on a website that doesn’t work in order to get 3 code for access. It’s unbelievable they have not changed the process. There’s no one on site essentially. Electric pot for boiling water is filthy.

The building is not a hotel entirely. The hotel is on the 2nd floor. It’s a great location. There are a lot of food choices, bars, & mini marts around. There is a lot of locals and tourists and everyone is friendly. Something to keep in mind check in is only from 3pm-7pm.

The staff were very nice and very responsive. However the place itself is meh. The rooms are outdated and the way to get into the hotel/lobby/rooms are the absolute worst and biggest pain in the butt. Only a physical key opens the gate into the building which is fine. Howere the Vickey website you have to access to open the door into the lobby and into the room is awful and takes forever. The lobby is hot. It’s clean enough but has old doors into the shower which I’m sure is mold infested. No toiletries and I wish there was a station in the lobby to refill your water bottles. If it wasn’t for the location I wouldn’t have considered it. However I won’t come here again I rather go somewhere more updated and with key cards instead of the HORRIBLE app for room keys. Which if you are not on WiFi, does not work. As if traveling isn’t stressful enough.
