Rooms worked for our family of four. I wouldn’t rely on the breakfast to get you through, but quick grab and go items. WiFi wasn’t working in our room and pool was closed due to pest control, but all and all it was safe and clean so worth the price. Free to park and walkable to everything downtown!

Room was clean and staff was helpful with a few questions we had come up. The breakfast continetial style was ok, we would have prefered some fresh fruit as an option but we usually ate out as most people have many breakfast options in Gatlinburg. Would stay again if for a day or two visit.

Great location to walk in Gatlinburg. Needs some tlc but it’s still a good place to stay. Staff was excellent. Parking a little tight. Air conditioning worked great. It was nice sitting on the balcony and watch the river. You can also enjoy the music while sitting on the balcony.

I wish there was a little bit more of a continental breakfast, but overall our stay was pretty good, especially for the deal that we got. Parking wasn’t too bad however, there wasn’t much space in front of our building. The staff was courteous and room was clean. The location was perfect for walking around downtown and saving us from having to fight for parking and paying.
