Middle of Rome walking distance to everything. Amazing room with a great staff.

One of the sinks in our room was out of order. The shower was leaking water out into the main area. Also everything in the room seemed very dusty.

Great discovery in Rome

The room was just what it looked like in the photos. Spacious , modern, clean, very comfortable bed, not too noisy despite the location. It is what it says: rooms, not a real hotel. There are just 5 rooms. If you don't need concierge service or other typical hotel amenities it's perfect.
