房間晚上9點多使用電器不小心跳電，很即時協助，服務很好！火車，公車，地鐵都在附近很方便，小缺點是火車站附近有遊民，一樓垃圾桶有點味道，其他都非常不錯，推薦！

Great location near Termini Station, making it easy to reach the city's attractions and the airport. The room was very clean, and the self-check-in process was simple thanks to the clear instructions provided. Although there was some street noise because of the central location, it was manageable. Overall, a pleasant and convenient sta

Convenient location to railway station and sites. Instructions and access through the App worked fine. The location/ entrance had a bit of grunge vibe, but once inside it was a comfortable stay at an affordable price

Roma Vespahouse was convenient to Termini Station. The staff (not on-site, but virtual) provided very clear access instructions prior to arrival making arrival seamless. Room was small, but clean and sufficient for my needs while making a quick stop in Rome before going on to my final destination. Very affordable.

Truely smoke-free accommodation. Many other hotels in the same area are never far away from cigarette fumes wafting into your room, but Vespahouse was a fume-free lillte sanctuary with decent facilities. It's a self-checkin but my messages to the hotel account were replied promptly. Clean and comfortable, happy to book again.

room and bathroom were clean and had all the basic amenities. close proximity to the train station is a big plus. the only negative was the foul smell of trash bags that welcomes you as you enter the main building. no smell in the room itself.

The room was as advertised, and I appreciated the detailed check-in process provided to me about a week before my trip, which included images with instructions since there is not a front desk. The air conditioning worked great, and it is a solid choice for people looking to be close to the metro station but in a safe neighborhood.

I had a wonderful stay at Roma Vespahouse. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions provided in advance. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Roma Termini, making it perfect for exploring Rome and traveling around the city. The room and bathroom were spotless, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The property is comfortable, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, a fabulous experience with great attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. The guest house is indeed located right next to Roma Termini on Via Carlo Cattaneo, and many guests highlight its cleanliness, convenient check-in, and excellent location.
