Check-in was easy, Communication was great and staff was very helpful. The room we chose was very spacious, had access to the balcony. Overall it was pleasant, though, the bathroom tile grout could use more attention.

This was an excellent place for our family to stay while in Rome. The location was fabulous and walkable to many sights, restaurants and shopping. Our rooms were cleaned every day and check in was a breeze. Our luggage was delivered to our room. Amazing! Having a balcony gave us a little extra room to spread out since we were traveling with our young adult daughters. And air conditioning... what more could you ask for?! We loved it!

The staff were absolutely fantastic. I’ve never dealt with a more pleasant person during check in. Located on the fashion/high priced shops, very close to grocery stores and Leonardo da vinci museum. Uber and welcome pickups find this place easily

We stayed at Canova Rooms for three nights, and it was our best stay in Rome. Exceptional location. The room was good—spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious bathroom. Excellent service from Marco and David. It will always be my first choice when in Rome.

Amazing location to explore Rome. Rooms were very quiet and the kids appreciated the two floors. David was a fantastic host.

Great location and provided a few complimentary drinks in mini-fridge. Large room but run-down with very hard mattress. No coffee pods for coffee maker. Terrace faces an abandoned building. I'm unsure why it has good reviews.

Amazing place and very close to everything, some very good restaurants are within 5 minutes. Staff was super helpful, gave us a map and explained where everything is and how to get there. We booked a tour of the Vatican museum on our last day here and the amazing staff stored our luggage until we were finished.

真實評價

6/10 不錯

Situated on the same street as the steps the location in the high end shopping district is good. No on-site staff and the castle like decor and lack of amenities including balcony just wasn’t what we thought we booked.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

The location was great, but the hotel room & furniture were dated, the bathroom was small, the shower didn't have a shelf for the soap, and the air-conditioning and coffee maker didn't constantly work and there was no elevator. It was definitely not at all like the beautiful picture with a balcony advertised for the more than $300 cost per night, so I would look for other options when visiting Rome again.

Beautiful room and terrace! Great amount of space for 3-4 travellers. David was so helpful getting us checked in. Great location, walkable to anything in the spanish steps/piazza del popolo area

The property was definitely misrepresented online. . The staff was hard to reach in the room was dark and dingy and check-in was very difficult. I also tried to modify the reservation that I had but neither Expedia nor the hotel could not make a timely adjustment to our reservation which came at a cost, even though I tried to initiate it before the deadline to make adjustments.

Great location, you are a short walk away from Spanish steps and the subway. The neighborhood felt safe with plenty of food and cafes . The staff was friendly and the place had coffee and a few snacks that were left for us.

The location was superb. David was so friendly. The front door lock was broken and that should have been fixed immediately but wasn't and made us feel uncomfortable being in Rome. Other than that, it was clean and good.
