La primera noche no pudimos entrar al departamento porque la puerta principal tenía llave. El dueño nos dijo que era imposible que tuviera llave cuando a la mañana siguiente sí pudimos acceder sin problema alguno con el mismo código y el mismo procedimiento. Las instalaciones están bien y el departamento es muy cómodo. No tuvimos ningún otro problema durante la estancia, pero sería bueno que mejoraran cómo entrar al departamento ya que en reviews pudimos leer que a muchas otras personas les sucedió lo mismo.

Suited our needs

The room is definitely smaller than I imagined but suitable for our needs as we did not go to Italy to stay in a room. I will say though, if you are a heavy set person, you may struggle the shower stall. Walking distance from to Vatican, literally 15 minutes. We walked to the colosseum, Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain but it did take about 30 to 40 minutes depending on your pace. Very close to public transportation. Lots of food options close by and shopping. We did have a little trouble with the automated door system but part of it was my misunderstanding and the other part was not knowing that “scala” meant stairs in Italian. Either way the host responded quickly and even checked in with us during our stay.

Location was great. Property was safe. Room was nice. The cons were that the outside was loud during the evening hours, the air conditioning unit was loud and had to be unplugged because it would not shut off with the remote.

Room was clean and the location vas perfect, walking distances to the vatican and St Peter's basilica. Lots of good restaurant's all around, shopes and coffee, metro station just around the corners, tap an go to if you dont want to walk. Over all enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Carini e moderni gli arredi, ottima posizione per visitare la città, soprattutto il Vaticano. Non mi è piaciuto: - Insonorizzazione inesistente. Si tratta di un appartamento con 4 stanze, quando c'è accesa la luce nel corridoio in comune entrano spifferi di luce ed il rumore di chi è nell'atrio o corridoio è molto intenso. - Ogni tanto dal bagno arriva un rumore fortissimo e non si capisce cosa sia. -Aria condizionata presente, ma non funzionante.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Sie liegt sehr zentral man kann alles gut erreichen , Vatikan und Engelsburg kann gut per Fuß erreicht werden und die Metro ist nicht weit weg. Wasserbrunnen ist vorm Haus.

The check in was good, the room was clean. The shower had a fairly strong mould smell. The biggest issue was the window in the room. Noise doesn’t generally bother me. However, the noise was quite extreme. Between the bars playing loud music, constant cars honking, and sirens, I woke up many times throughout the night. Every night. The window was very old and even with everything shut It sounded like the window was wide open.

Nos trataron fatal al cometer un error (fumamos la primera noche) pedimos disculpas a pesar de las malas maneras y amenazarnos con avisar a la policía, una vez que pedimos disculpas, parecía que todo iba bien, volvían a ser amables aunque no nos cambiaron las toallas, no vaciaron las papeleras. al irnos pidieron que dejaramos el dinero del impuesto en efectivo en la habitación sin ningun resguardo para nosotros, comentamos que prefería una transferencia, es más legal y sobre todo queda constancia y entonces volvieron a amenazarnos con denunciarnos a la policía y a tratarnos muy mal, en todo momento queremos pagar pero dejando constancia, parece que prefieren que sea "en negro".. discoteca justo debajo, imposible dormir antes de la 1
