Everything was perfect, except parking. The parking physically cannot be any better, but it was a bit tough to find, parallel park in a tight space with a crossover vehicle, and find my way back to the hotel. But truly the hotel is fantastic and I would absolutely stay here again.

Arriving and entering is a little dodgy since someone has to meet you to let you in the building. Also, there's no signage of the hotel which hinders locating it. Rooms are fine, adequately clean, and have the basic amenities. There is a safe to put your personal items in, which is a great plus. The staff member was helpful. Breakfast is minimal and offered at a nearby cafe/restaurant. If you want to sit at a table, however, you have to pay extra.

Stayed one night before flying home, so convenience was our main factor in booking. Room is in a very nice building just a few minutes from the train station. There is an elevator which was much appreciated!. Breakfast at the nearby cafe in the morning was excellent. Coffee and a pastry served Roman style at the counter. We were later than planned arriving at the property due to our train being delayed. Our host was gracious and accommodating with the last minute change to plans.

L'établissement est un tres bon compromis pour les personnes qui veulent partir avec un budget restreint. L'hébergement est tres bien situé (7 mn a pied de la gare de Rome Termini.(attention pour les gemles seules le quartier de la gare n'est pas top !) Tres bon accueil de l'hebergiste. 2 points importants : bien répondre au mail de l'hebergiste pour convenir d'un rdv pour les clefs afin de ne pas rester devant la porte Le petit déjeuner se fait dans un restaurant a 5mn a pied. Un bon vous est donné pour un café et une viennoiserie. Attention aux personnes qui vous accueille 1ere voulait nous faire payez 3 € de plus pour prendre le petit-déjeuner en terrasse et le 2ème jour bizarrement la réduction de15% sur la 2ème viennoiserie a ete oubliée !

The first thing is that it's not a standalone property. It's in an apartment block and is on the 4th floor. The lift is old-fashioned but I saw it working. I like steps so I always used the stairs. If you want something cheap where everything works, you have a double bed and en suite bathroom, then I highly recommend this place. I didn't sample the included breakfast but it's in a place where the menu is not cheap. It's just coffee and a pastry, not a buffet. The manager dealt with my out of usual check in and check out timings with no additional charges. If you're on a budget I would highly recommend this place. Everything worked and there's a fridge, air-conditioning, safe, kettle and sachets and biscuits.

Great little bnb ,close to transport links has a lift for those with mobility problems like myself, friendly staff and was clean
