It is convenient to walk from the train station to the B and B. Room was fine for my daughter and I. A/C could work a little bit better. It was very hot in Italy this week and took a while to cool the room down. I would recommend to stay here.

Arriving and entering is a little dodgy since someone has to meet you to let you in the building. Also, there's no signage of the hotel which hinders locating it. Rooms are fine, adequately clean, and have the basic amenities. There is a safe to put your personal items in, which is a great plus. The staff member was helpful. Breakfast is minimal and offered at a nearby cafe/restaurant. If you want to sit at a table, however, you have to pay extra.

The mini fridge look like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. But everything else was great. A lot of noise from the street. But managed. We were greeted at the door and showed how everything worked which was very nice.

The first thing is that it's not a standalone property. It's in an apartment block and is on the 4th floor. The lift is old-fashioned but I saw it working. I like steps so I always used the stairs. If you want something cheap where everything works, you have a double bed and en suite bathroom, then I highly recommend this place. I didn't sample the included breakfast but it's in a place where the menu is not cheap. It's just coffee and a pastry, not a buffet. The manager dealt with my out of usual check in and check out timings with no additional charges. If you're on a budget I would highly recommend this place. Everything worked and there's a fridge, air-conditioning, safe, kettle and sachets and biscuits.

Terrible and inconvenient, breakfast is a dry croissant and a coffee blocks down the street, would never bring my family here at all, we had a delayed flight and we were left on the dark streets until we payed extra per person to give us a key, I do not recommend this place at all

Good stay.

Very convenient location, the place was neat, staff friendly. Check-in and check-out times were a bit early, had to pay an extra fee for check-in after 6 pm. Breakfast vouchers for coffee and a croissant from a nearby restaurant. Had a good stay.

Very close to Roma Termini - great ideas for the day trips to Napoli and Firenze. Santa Maria Maggiore is very close as well. The Roman Forum is 30 mins walk from the Buonanotte and the Vatican is one hour walk too. The noises never stops for over 2,000 years but water is still running forever.
