Budget place in very convenient location. Generally clean (daily house keeping person does a good job) but getting into the venue takes a bit of navigation thru rugged area. Has distinct odor getting into the stay.

The room was small, around 7 square meters. But it was in the heart of Kowloon, Hong Kong. The staff was really friendly and helpful, it was cleaned regularly, there was a functioning air conditioner, TV, fridge, and bathroom.
