Great location, accessible hotel and friendly staff. Arranged for a crib in no time for our 2yo. Hotel and rooms overall could use a little makeover but in general good and clean conditions. Excellent facilities included a playroom (perfect for entertaining kids 1-8yo), foosball, darts (pay extra), free snacks and free drinks. Good breakfast with local and international food. Walking distance (10 min) from Ximendin and from Taipei Central train/MRT station.

The room was average and reasonable for Taipei. A reasonable size, relatively sound proof apart from occasional noises from the corridor and the bed was firm and comfortable. They also provided free snacks which was a lovely bonus. However, the room smelled slightly damp and we had mould around the windows. Furthermore, despite upgrading our room to have a safe, the safe itself was not secured to any wall and could be lifted and removed from the room so not very secure at all!
