In a busy part of Chaweng, but the hotel and facilities shared with a neighbouring hotel felt peaceful and calm. Lovely pool area with mice bar and food. Clean beach area. Staff all wonderful. Rooms were simple but stylish and well appointed, good shower. Very well priced, compared to some other hotels in Chaweng. Next to a busy beach bar/club, but I still managed to sleep well before midnight

The room was very nice, with good air conditioning, plenty of space, and comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel provides beach towels and access to sunbeds on the beach, which is incredibly convenient. Nothing to complain about there. However, there are two things worth mentioning. The breakfast is nothing specia, I’ve had better in Thailand. Additionally, the staff are not particularly friendly and can seem a bit irritated when you ask questions. It’s also worth noting that taxis are operated by a single company in the area, and the hotel charges 400 THB for a ride to the airport, which is only about a five-minute drive away. There’s no discount for hotel guests.

Spacious room, clean and up to date decor. Can be a little noisy but location is very central to all the attractions ant Cheweng Beach. The staff were wonderful especially Xiang Xiang on reception. Had a problem with the shower head and she organized to have it replaced within an hour! Gym costs a daily charge and is overstocked so can be a bit difficult to work out in but all equipment is kept clean.
