The curtains to didn't fully cover the windows so it was hard to sleep with the brightness from the street lights at night. There was mould on the base of the sliding shower doors. Some of the wallpaper was peeling off and i could see mould on the walls. It made our clothes and luggage smell very weird. The garbage was taken out our room with no replacement bags, so we felt weird putting garbage in the bins without bags. Other than those things, the location was perfect and very central for easy access to different sites. The room was very spacious, and we got lots of fresh air coming in when we opened the large windows. I honestly cannot give a place with mould a high rating. It would not be fair to future travellers.

My stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations! Unfortunately, we had an issue with our luggage being stolen from the bus, and we were feeling very stressed and unsure of what to do. Despite being busy, the hotel staff showed incredible empathy and kindness—they even allowed us to check in early. We are truly grateful for this thoughtful gesture. The hotel also has a great location and a fresh, modern style. I highly recommend staying here. Without a doubt, we will choose this hotel again in the future!

Péssimo atendimento, quarto velho, chuveiro ruim

Chegamos no hotel e apesar de termos feito o check-in on line nao conseguiamos entrar no prédio, so conseguimos proque entramos com outra pessoa. Chegamos no andar e ficamos 45 minutos sem conseguir acessar o hotel, ligamos no WhatsApp que havia na porta e enviamos memsagem no app e nao tínhamos retorno, ficamos no calor infernal aguardando alguem ir nos liberar. Apos isso, entramos no hotel, quarto velho, bem mediano. Qdo estavamos no hotel há menos de uma hora acabou a luz e nao tivemos nenhuma assistência. Fomos embora, sem nem ficarmos lá nem 1 hora. Péssima experiência. Predio feio, elevador velho.

Property was good clean and comfortable - 2 blocks from Spanish Steps, lots of restaurants and shopping. There is a taxi station right out the front door. Although no staff on site always were quick to respond.

Purtroppo, la mia esperienza al B&B non è stata delle migliori. Il condizionatore in camera non funzionava correttamente, rendendo difficile sopportare il caldo durante la notte. Inoltre, le finestre, evidentemente di vecchia data e non insonorizzate, permettevano il passaggio di rumori esterni, disturbando notevolmente il sonno. È un peccato, perché la posizione e la pulizia erano buone, ma questi problemi hanno compromesso il comfort complessivo del soggiorno. Mi aspettavo di più per il prezzo pagato.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, o quarto é bem amplo, não tem café da manhã, mas oferecem snacks e café de cafeteira. Entretanto tem algumas falhas significativas. A entrada é complicada e várias vezes tivemos que insistir para conseguir abrir a porta. Elevador pequeno e se algum andar deixa a porta aberta ele não funciona. Chuveiro oscila a temperatura da água durante o banho. Falta um apoio para malas. Não tem espelho no quarto. Falta um pouco de capricho, cortinas pequenas e até rebentadas. Nem sempre tivemos resposta na comunicação, que só é feita via WhatsApp. Prédio antigo sem conservação.

The location is ideal, right in the heart of everything. Rome is an incredibly busy city, and the noise is constant, even in the middle of the night. Despite that, it was a great stay.

SOLO PAGAS LA UBICACIÓN.

Pagas el sitio junto a Plaza España. Lo demás, todo pésimo. Solo cuentas con dos habitaciones y una aseo. Necesita una mano de pintura urgente y rehabilitación. Mobiliario viejo y todo muy usado. Por la ducha apenas salía agua. Lo notificamos a la persona que nos recibió y ni siquiera nos contestó. Servicio pésimo.
