The variety of breakfast offered is great. The cleaning services is exceptional value for money. However no comb is provided even I have written down the note about such request placed on the bathroom for the cleaner follow up.
Overall, i enjoy the eight stays here. I highly recommend sole travelers stay at this hotel.

great location!
the room was comfortable and clean, but being on a busy street it was quite noisy. hotel location was excellent, with walking distance to the castle, and a subway station entrance just steps from the front door. the staff seemed nice, but did not speak much english.

Avoid this hotel!
First time at a Toyoko Inn hotel even though its a big company and will most likely be my last option when choosing a hotel in the near future if im desperate. This hotel location and service was terrible. I got a 2 twin bed room and itd your typical confined room. Wallpaper was coming off on the bottom floor, multiple hair stands found in the bathroom and on the handle. Uncomfortable bed with only one pillow. SOUND INSULATION was nonexistent. I could hear everything by the window where cars are coming through, sirens and your neighbors on top. It was hell. I asked for extra bath towels and they were charging for 100 yen which is unheard of. No hotels have charged me for extra towels but this one. I originally was going to stay for 4 nights but I immediately checked out early the following day and paid an extra 50$ for a much better hotel. The only positive thing about this place was the easy check in/check out and maybe the free breakfast but thats about it but let alone the breakfast doesnt justify staying here. Go next door and go to APA. Wish i wouldve done that instead!

とにかくロケーションがよい。
谷町四丁目駅8番出口側のエレベーター出ると目の前で徒歩5歩。
アメニティが充実しているので手ぶらで来ても良いかも。
私はアメニティ持参派なので使わないが、お茶を飲むので粉末のお茶を好きなだけもらえるのが助かっている。
ホテルによっては部屋に2パックとかの時もあり、自分でお茶を用意する時もあるのでこちらのホテルの好きなだけ取って飲めるのがとても良い。
濃いめが好きなので1杯に2パック入れて濃いお茶を日に何杯も飲めるのは高得点。
禁煙室でも何かしら多少臭いの有る部屋が結構有るけれど、今回の部屋は全く無臭で驚いた。ユニットバスに有りがちな放置臭も無く快適だ。
多少鼻が利くほうなので、入室時ついクンクンと臭いを嗅いでしまうので
こんなに匂わない部屋は次回も指定したい。
