Mac Resort is very old run down and and not well managed. It is in a good location on White Beach, The breakfast is very average and the staff not attentive. It is not worth paying full rates to stay at this hotel. We booked online without seeing the hotel and were very disappointed

Alt var næsten perfekt, vi syntes måske bare. At det bar præg af at personalet var lidt slidt efter en hård sæson, hvilket også er forståeligt, vi bemærkede at de var på fra 9 om morgen til 23-24 om aftenen hver dag. Eneste negative ting at sige om dette sted er at når man skulle i receptionen, skulle man vente helt op til 15 min , før der var nogen eller spørge efter dem, dette oplevede vi 4 dage

MAC resort is all about Location Location Location ! Fabulous ambiance and friendly welcoming staff and a hotel which genuinely is RIGHT IN THE BEACH and White Sand beach takes some beating. Restaurant is a bit pricey and the buffet breakfast is adequate but not inspiring. Great pool and a great stay

Överlag ett bra hotell precis vid strandkanten. Wifi funkar bra i " huvudhuset" men funkar sämre i anexen. Frukostbufféns varma mat var sällan varm men däremot rikt varierad åt det positiva. Vi har varit här under flera år och upplever hotellet som rekommenderbart åt både ensamma par som barnfamiljer.

Hôtel de front de mer qui veut vous faire payer l'utilisation de ses transats sur la plage ! J'avais encore jamais vu ça... Heureusement ils ne font pas encore payer les transats autour de la piscine :) Tarifs du restaurant prohibitifs. Bon emplacement et plage devant l'hôtel étroite mais suffisante. A ne prendre que si vous bénéficiez d'une promotion sinon prix hors de rapport avec la prestation. Chambre supérieure au RDC, pratique pour aller à la plage. Sentait un peu l'humidité. Du bruit le soir venant du bar d'à côté. Au total un avis plutôt mitigé sur cet établissement.

Hotellet var ok! Låg bra vid stranden. Wi-Fi var obefintlig på rummet. Personal överlag vänliga och hjälpsamma, förutom en äldre dam som var lite chef i restaurangen, skulle behövas bytas ut! Sista kvällen fick en av oss gå hungriga från hotellets strandrestaurang då en rätt inte kom in! Men dom brydde sig inte så vi betalade och gick! Skulle inte boka det hotellet igen!

Not as good and value for the price!

Location is very good as it is on the beach. Room however needs a makeover, especially the bathroom where the tiles grouting is very old and looks moldy! A/C works well, but our room is located near the kitchen so we constantly hear noise , even though we had requested for a room in a quiet area. We also booked two rooms with one room consisting of 2 separate beds for our grown up children, but the hotel gave us all one-bed rooms. Upon checking in, we were able to change one room for a 2 separate beds. Parking is basically alongside the street, wherever we can find an available space! We used the hotel restaurant for dinner as it is a beautiful setting on the beach and there was fire performance right there. However, the service was not attentive as our family of 5 persons’s orders were not served in a timely manne as one meal order came at time and by the time the 5th meal order came out ( after we had to inquire about it) , everyone else have finished eating their meal! And the staff seems not even care at all about customers’s satisfaction!

今回は車でこちらのホテルを利用しましたが、多くのThailandのホテルは深夜の警備スタッフは仕事中に寝ていて意味がありませんが、こちらのホテルのスタッフは素晴らしく深夜に車の鍵を開けたらすぐに見に来てちゃんと仕事をしてるように感じました。 ビーチが近く歩いた後に部屋に戻ると部屋に砂が入りますが、毎日の清掃も綺麗でした。 Thailandでは珍しくこのホテルはすべてのスタッフがきちんと自分のするべき仕事をしてるように感じました。 次回もこちらの施設を利用すると思います。

Nice Hotel Close to the Beach

Stayed here with my family. Beach is steps distance from the room. Quite Clean and well maintained. My Son enjoyed a lot playing with his toys. Can swim, relax & have a walk around the beach , with multiple bars & seafood restaurants nearby. The pool was also quite clean & great. For Food, personally i loved the cashew chicken & BBQ in Night.

Vi bodde i rum utan utsikt och det var jättebra. Sköna sängar för att vara i Thailand. Det finns tyvärr ingen sagtybox. Luktade avlopp till och från på ett av våra rum. Granhotellet har liveband som spelar till sent. De börjar även disks tidigt.
