devolucion del dinero por coronavirus
Entre el 19 y el 24 nos dijeron que mandatoriamente teníamos que salir del hotel por coronavirus que los días restante nos devolvían el dinero hotels.com el 100% ya que es por orden del gobierno espero su respuesta y devolución de mi dinero no cancele mi estancia fue mandatorio

The bathroom is very nasty and the Bathroom curtain is very dirty. No one change it, that’s can make people sick. And then the bed not comfortable. Every morning I had backed even my friend did massage for me.

Boka inte, välj något annat
Vi har rest mycket och bott enkelt men det här var ett av de värre hotellen. Rummet luktade avlopp så vi fick byta, det var luktfritt men standarden var om möjligt ännu sämre. Det fanns 4 hissar men 1 var i bruk...vi bodde på 21:a våningen och var glada varje gång vi kom upp ellet ner! Poolen var iskall och behövde bättre rengöring. Tog trappen en gång och det såg ut som att flera våningar inte användes. Ligger helt off och första kvällen åt vi på hotellet, vilket inte kan rekommenderas. Vi hittade tack och lov ett supermysigt ställe efter vattnet, massa restaurangbaracker med supergod mat. Frukosten var helt okey och det var väl det ända positiva. Känns som ett hotell som verkligen håller på att förfalla och borde vara stängt redan.

Di 4 ascensori ne funzionava uno solo e i tempi di salita e discesa erano stancati. Se si romperà anche quella funzionante che già si blocca spesso come saliranno gli ospiti fino al 21mo piano? Io prenoterò ancora se mi garantirete max il 5 piano

Muy malo
LAs fotos que se publican no tienen nada que ver con la realidad del hotal, el hotel esta muy descuidado, sucio, no tiene mantenimiento, de 4 ascensores funciona uno solo para un hotel de 25 pisos y montones de habitaciones por piso, en las habitaciones no funcionan las luces, quizas solo la de los veladores, estando en penumbras durante la noche. En los pisos altos se filtra un silvido bastante molesto por el viento. Es una lastima, porque la estructura del hotel es hermosa, y se nota que en su momento fue un hotel de excelente calidad.. no es la realidad actual

On arrival at the hotel we were told that the transaction for the room is for one person not a Couple/ husband and wife. So we had to pay additional for the other person although my name was listed on booking documents as a guest, guests were cramped into one elevator which got tired and stopped working for a few hours one day. The room is musty and hotel corridors are dark .It was a very disappointing stay. Due to having to pay extra for stay we had to cut our vacation . I’ve disputed the incident with Hotel.com seeking a refund for the rest of days we had paid for and up to writing this we have not heard back from them .

My family and I booked this hotel as we needed a safe place to rest and keep our belongings before going to the Airport early on the 5th of Jan 2020. What we got was significantly less than! We found this hotel on your platform and thus were led to believe all the images and information were correct. Please see below a list of issues: Hotel 1. 1 out of the 4 elevators was working. Our room was on the 4th floor! Every we needed to leave the room it was a long uncomfortable walk up 4 flights of stairs or a long and unbearable wait until the lift arrived, only to find that it was full of people. 2. The passages leading to the rooms and dining areas were not well lit. I have 2 ladies in my family, none of which felt safe walking a dark and isolated passages by themselves, which meant I had to accompany them anytime they wanted to leave the room. 3. The Ceiling of the hallways had holes or was missing panels which meant when it rained, water flooded the passage and exposed the wiring for the lighting above. 4. On arrival we were offered breakfast which we thought that's great! What a disappointment and a complete waste of time! Due to lack of signage of any kind ( major emergency concern as well) we left our room, walked down 4 flights of stairs to the lobby only to be informed once we were downstairs that the restaurant was on the 1st floor, so it meant going up more stairs. The food itself was barely identifiable and there were clear signs of cross contaminat

A penas se puede dormir en las habitaciones mal ventiladas , con las cortinas y muebles o rotos o estropeados. De 4 ascensores funcionaba sólo 1 En el restaurante falta de servicio , mesas con manteles manchados, etc

No me gustó nada, solo un ascensor para más de 20 pisos, nunca cambiaron las sábanas de las camas, no barrían los pisos y la atención siempre fué tosca. Es una experiencia para nunca volver a ese lugar !
