I stayed for a week and the temperature inside was uncomfortably hot the entire stay. I had the windows open the whole time with a fan running, but the temperature inside was always much warmer than outside, even at night.
I was supposed to receive a code by email for check in, but did not receive code. I had to call a number to get my code. The information card in the room indicated that no internet code was necessary, yet it was password protected so I had to call again to get the code.
On my last night, the power went out in my room. I called to report it and the power was restored in about an hour. Sometime after midnight someone was ringing the buzzer to my room.
Finally, I read the detailed instructions about the hotel before arriving. I noticed that it said that some upper rooms require going up stairs. I wrote a message to the hotel through Expedia asking for a lower unit. I nevwr received a reply from the hotel. Sure enough, I was in a room that required carrying my luggage up the maximum number of stairs possible.
