這次在前門四合院漫心府住了六晚，非常滿意。旅館環境很幽靜，確實是四合院，非常別緻。附近很熱鬧，有各式小吃攤，離地鐵站也不遠。10月下旬已供應暖氣，房間整理得很乾淨，每天供應4-6瓶礦泉水和2罐汽水，大廳有水果、咖啡、茶、零食。早餐雖不是很澎湃，但中西式餐點俱備，而且也很可口。 最令我滿意的是服務，入住當晚接待的是張鵬飛先生，對我們的詢問，都親切地詳盡回答，還會主動問我們要不要喝梨湯。後來內子想買土產，有位名叫李依的姑娘，主動掏出手機幫我們下單網購，下午就送到。其他服務員也都客氣，服務無可挑剔，令我們感覺非常舒適。下次來北京還會住這間酒店。

雖然入住前已有心理準備四合院隔音不好 但剛好遇上樓上有熊孩子在跳 確實騷擾 隔壁房間洗澡 我們也會聽見喉管去水聲 早上樓上check out推行李的聲音也會清楚聽見 如果淺眠的人可能會很影響 但四合院確實很美 房間也乾淨 就算隔音不好也值得體驗一次 酒店有免費攝影 雖然是免費但炫影旅拍的攝影師小李的態度非常認真 很喜歡他和我一起選的小熊貓衣服 拍攝過程有主見有要求 一點也不馬虎 相片很美 很喜歡呢

Great location, good breakfast, spotless clean, the main thing was the staff, super helpful and friendly..... Made our stay a pleasure..... We are on a months trip and they offer a free laundry service which was so useful midway through our trip.

The amenities and location were amazing. Having tea and snacks ready for you right as you walk in the door was lovely. Breakfast was also delicious and I appreciated the beautiful atmosphere. Despite being right next to a busy tourist area it was quiet and restful.

The hotel was quaint and located in the middle of the old part of Beijing. Fun Pedestrian shopping area and walkable to Tiennamen square and the Forbidden City. The hotel complex was so fun and secluded with rooms down little garden paths. Amazing snacks and tea in the lobby area.

L’hôtel est très bien - dans un hutong, bien placé et calme - et les employés gentils. Cependant, l’itinéraire proposé sur Hotels.com via Google maps est erroné et il m’a fallu 1h et pas mal de péripéties pour le trouver. En plus d’arriver tard et de nuit, aucun des staff à la réception ne parlait anglais ce qui a considérablement allongé mon check-in. Finalement du fait de problèmes d’électricité j’ai dû changer la première chambre qui m’a été assignée. Cette expérience a rendue mon arrivée traumatisante, même si le staff m’a fait une upgrade de chambre simple à double. A noter aussi que le petit déjeuner n’est servi qu’à partir de 7h.

A very attractive hutong (walled house) hotel in just about the best area. There was a food festival, something like "Tastes of China" practically outside our front door, but inside the hotel it's tranquil. Plentiful supplies including snacks and water you can grab on your way out to enjoy the day. A street packed with restaurants and shops is nearby, and many attractions, too.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here. Despite the staff not speaking fluent English (and our complete lack of ability to speak Chinese), everyone was incredibly accommodating to ensure all of our requests were met. One challenge is the location of the hotel which, if you're coming by DiDi, is somewhat of a mystery because the hotel is not right on a main street. We were fortunate to get some very good help from folks in a nearby shop, but it was mildly confusing for us coming from the airport and being dropped off in a spot that looked nothing like the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and would absolutely recommend to other travelers who want a clean, accessible, and unique stay in Beijing right off of Qianmen Street.

Super cute & clean location, with a bar and ice cream spot within walking distance. In the heart- downtown- of Beijing. Lots of shops/ restaurants nearby. Staff is superb! Not only did they order DD Aka Ubers for us, but they even walked us to meet our DD drivers, helped us get around on the subway and when we couldn't communicate, would happily get their Chinese to English translator out. They even checked in with us via WhatsAPP to make sure my girls and I made it to our DD after a wild night out at the club! Friendly, tentative and exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend. Can't wait to go back!

酒店位置理想，設計古典清雅，但最令我們難忘的是各位員工的熱誠和盡心的幫忙。那羣幹勁沖天的前台小哥小妹，給我們打車，引路，訂票，畫地圖...無所不至。早餐更也是一大亮點，種類多又好吃，阿姨忙個不休卻笑臉盈盈。 住了十天、真捨不得離開。

四日三夜；為了感受一下四合院住房；寧願支付貴一點的租房價格；但酒店安排房間太久等了3-4小時；但酒店安排一間在大堂旁的房間；完全不是四合院建築和不值訂房費用！我只能在最後一晚额外支付一千多元費用；才能享受四合院建築

酒店優雅的裝修跟四合院的環境很匹配，能給人心境平和舒適的感覺。地方十分整潔，員工服務態度亦很好，感受到他們真的是盡心盡力去打理好這間酒店。地點優越，就在前門的後方，旁邊便是鮮魚口美食街，吃飯跟買手信也很方便。更重要的是，北京的地鐵繁忙時間真是十分擠擁，而前門站所在的2號線比較沒那麼繁忙，下車回酒店也容易點。
